I would really like to see some crossover of Steemit, Twitter and IRC... Is there something like this: P2P realtime discussion about anything trivial?

I am more and more often seeing topics, and just feel the need to talk about it with basically anyone at all... Also a Steemit/Rizzoma/Google Wave crossover would be awesome...
