It might be hard to believe, but I voluntarily gave up my status of ‘Minnow’ to become ‘Plankton’ ( or ‘Red Fish’) again...

As you may have noticed, there hasn’t been a lot of activity on my account these last few days. The reason for that is very simple:
I’ve finally migrated to a new account!!
From now on I’ll be posting as @simplymike
I surely didn’t see that one coming when I first started on SteemIt. I had such high hopes - I wanted to grow my account really fast and become a dolphin in no time.
I was so proud of myself the day I became a minnow...
And now, only a few weeks later, I’m plankton again. I’m right back where I started, except for the fact that my new account has Steem Power, which I delegated from this account.
Nevertheless, I’m plankton.
And that sucks!!
I’ve already got the reputation score of my new account go up from 25 to 38, but that is still not high enough to be noticed. As a result, I have exactly 14 followers.
Which brings me back to the fact that it sucks to be plankton.

(If you want to know WHY it sucks to be Plankton, I can recommend reading the article 8 Reasons Why Being a Steemit Plankton Sucks by @blogtrovert. It’s actually a very funny article.)
So I’d like to invite all followers and non-followers of this account, to give me a little TLC and follow me at my new account, @simplymike, because that’s where I’ll be posting more articles about SteemIt, cryptocurrency, gardening and loads of other stuff.
You can help me to become a minnow again, which I would really appreciate.
So please head over to https://steemit.com/@simplymike and hit that ‘Follow’ button if you want to keep reading the new posts I’ll be making.
See you there!!
