coffee is the another element to boost up the energy in the morning. Usually we take coffee at morning initially after wake up from the bed. But according to the physiologist taking coffee initially after wake up from the bed is harmful. we should take coffee 1 or 2 hours later since we wake up.
As we know taking coffee initially after waking up from bed is not good that's why we take coffee in our varsity canteen. That's mean we have the perfect timing.
