What comes to our mind when we come to know the term Neural Network, which is getting good popularity these days ? Whenever we hear Neural Network, a slight glimpse of the pic (The pic of Neuron) attached below comes to our mind
The first picture displays the biological neuron. It is the primary element of human nervous system. The basic operation of our body are performed through neural networks. The head neuron accepts the signal from our brain and relying on the intensity of the signal, it passes through separate neurons linked to the head neuron and operates the right task.
Therefore, an artificial neural network basically a model imagined or we can say encouraged from the human brain. Let me make it clear that the neural networks in our brain are not as simple and much complicated than the artificial neural network we just observed. Although we can construct a complex neural network ,the neural architecture of our brain is much more tangled.
In mathematical perspective, Artificial Neural Networks are highly complex composite functions providing the ability of the computation of non-linear problems to the computers.
The neural network comprises of the layer of input signals or neurons where the information enters the neural network, a layer of output signal neurons where we can obtain the result out of the Network, and a number of various hidden layers in between.
