this is a great idea. there are so many witnesses who unfairly are relegated to obscurity whilst whales circkejerk and vote each other into power. Its a literal example of the 1% working in their own interest.
with svote decay this will be slowed but IMO DPOS is flawed and steemit would have been fairer with masternodes and staking like pivx.
unfortunately steemit wasnt designed to be fair... I applaug @teamsteem for trying to make steemit better for other users. let hope we havent already lost folks to whale shareas and the other competition.
post HF 20 i have seen loads of people give up on steemit and i hope with more positive USER FOCUSED development we can get them back.
