It’s close to Christmas and a great time to admire the city’s ever-changing skyline at night. Hence last night my friend and I headed down to the River Thames to spend a few hours there, observing the most iconic views of London after dark.
The view was indeed stunning so allow me to share some photos with you all.
We walked past an unofficial skateboarding park where all these young kids were honing their skills, which was super cool!
After continuing our relaxing stroll beside the river, we stopped by Wagamama for some food, which is a British restaurant chain serving up different varieties of Asian food. There is a large outdoor dining area complete with a fantastic view of the Thames. It doesn’t get any better than this, lol. Whilst indoors is also cozy and has a nice, warm atmosphere.
Wagamama offers a wide selection of delicious food. Both my friend and I opted for the Grill Duck Donburi, which was simply divine. The slow-cooked duck was so tender, combined with a spicy teriyaki sauce. What a beautiful bowl of tasty goodness!
In addition, we shared some Fried Prawn Dumplings as well. I would say this particular dish was average and a little bland for my liking.
Otherwise, the service was friendly as our waitress was really smily and helpful. I enjoyed the dining experience at Wagamama as well as having a wonderful time catching up with my friend. Enjoy!
