Hello?? I am @seunglimdaddy who lives in Korea.
This is the 43rd Korean food, and today I will introduce you to Baek-Kimchi.
Baek-Kimchi, as you can see in the picture below, is a non-spicy dish with no pepper powder. So when you come to Korea, you will be able to enjoy Kimchi.

It was around 1600 when pepper powder was introduced into Korea. There is a record that kimchi was still around 500 years ago. That said, Baek-Kimchi is close to kimchi.
Baek-Kimchi uses cabbage as its main ingredient and adds radish, carrot, pear, pine nut, jujube, and chestnut.
Baek-Kimchi is a combination of the cool taste of cabbage and the various flavors of the ingredients.
If you have not tried Baek-kimchi yet, I recommend you try it.
Next time I will introduce another Korean traditional food.
Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!!
