তুমি চায়ের কপ হাতে ভিজতে থাকো বৃষ্টিতে
আমি চার দেয়ালের মাঝে কবিতা লিখি
তোমার শ্রেষ্ট সময়ের অকাট্য দলিল হয়ে থাকবে
মলাটের ভেতর গুচ্ছ গুচ্ছ বর্নের আবেশে ।
পরাজয়ের আবরনে কাব্যের পান্ডুলিপি পড়ে রবে
ধুলো জমে যাবে বিষাদের ঘন কূয়াশার আদলে
কালে কালে ঘাতক ভ্রমরের বিজয় হবে সকাল-সন্ধে
আর আমি অদৃশ্য বিন্দুর মতোই রইবো ।
