I have been practicing meditation for years and there are still times that I do not know if I have become enlightened or fallen asleep. One day I will write a post about the most pathetic things that have happened to me, thinking that they are a few.
Sometimes I discover myself eating almost without breathing while typing on the computer, listening to music and answering a whatsapp, this is just the opposite of mindfulness.

So that the same thing does not happen to you Miriam has given us this guestpost telling us some very interesting things about meditation and mindfulness. Also the post comes with final surprise, do not miss it! I leave you with Miriam's post.
I felt weird ... confused ... and I could even say that I was not entirely comfortable.
The place was beautiful, a tall building overlooking the sea and surrounded by gardens and small coves in which to walk barefoot on the sand.
I often found people hugging trees, walking very slowly with their eyes closed or sitting for several hours in the same place doing what I know.
It smelled like a mixture of spices, incense and flowers that just made you aware that you were in a different place.
And well, we already know that the different thing usually causes us a certain sensation of discomfort.
