NOTICE AND DEMAND
NHS Nurse Threatened by Violent Bailiff in Lockdown - No Warrant (Newlyn)
A man claiming to be authorised by your court, who
reluctantly identified himself as , Matthew Cliff, allegedly from Newlyn PLC, repeatedly trespassed on our home where we are a vulnerable family.
We offered payment, and he confessed that he does not have a warrant to execute, and has no lawful authority to abuse our private and confidential DATA to inflict violent threats to an NHS Nurse during lockdown, via texts to our ex-directory number, and Human Rights abuses including children.
We phoned him to offer payment, subject to a copy of
the purported Writ, but he made various excuses, which
makes it clear that he had no such Instrument.
We require of the court manager to obtain a sealed copy of
the purported Warrant, issued by the court, or Matthew Cliff be struck off the bailiff register, and dealt with in
accordance to the criminal law and fake Court Orders.
aDDITIONALLY, HE WAS DEMANDING COURT FEES OF
and VAT, WHICH WAS CLEARLY NEVER PAID.
With a reasonable sum for a redress of grievances to the
victims.
