Leather material:

35gr rice flour
75gr granulated sugar
125gr steamed potatoes, puree

How:
Mix all ingredients 1.
Weigh 30gr and fill 15gr.
When filling, wet your hands so that the smooth mixture doesn't break.
Then dip it in water and then dip it in sesame seeds, fry until very lightly browned.
Material contents:
100gr mung beans, soak min 1 hour to remove the skin
50ml thick coconut milk
50ml of water
60gr granulated sugar
1 sheet of pandan leaves
1/4 salt
1 / 2sct vanilla powder
How:
Steam the green beans until soft, remove them.
