400 ml water 

100 gr butter

Pinch of salt 

1.5 cup plain flour , sifted 

4 eggs

 

For the cream filling

2 egg yolks 

2cup milk 

6 tbsp sugar 

1 vanilla 

2 tbsp starch

2 tbsp plainflour , sifted

For the chocolate sauce

1 cup heavy cream

180 gr dark chocolate
