Hemp is one the most nutritious foods you can ever eat if you didn't know. The cannabis plant and hemp plant are very close cousins, the only difference being small variations in stature, and that industrial hemp standards prevent any measurable level of THC to be present in the mature plant. This hemp plant material has been used since the beginning of human existence, as a staple to our diets and also as an in replaceable building component. This is the only plant in the world with the seed containing the omega 3 6 and 9 fatty acids in the ratio of 3:1, which more than coincidentally happens to be the ONLY ratio at which the human body can absorb those essential acids. The hemp seed is also considered a complete protein, meaning it contains all the essential amino acids, which help with inflammation, cell regeneration, immune strength, and all kinds of other great things.
Humans have been building with hemp for as long as we were able to stack bricks! Concrete made from hemp, or hempcrete as its called, is produced when mixing the ground up stalk of the hemp plant with lime and possibly other materials depending on the usage but bare minimum hemp Hurd and lime creates one of the best, hardest, most durable and eco friendly building materials known to man. Houses made from hemp are quite literally fireproof, waterproof, mold and earthquake resistant, need no insulation, lets moisture out but not in, and actually absorbs carbon dioxide from the environment as it petrifies and gets harder over the years.. I know that's a lot to take in at once but it is absolutely real and it's gonna shake up every part of the industrial complex! I encourage everyone to look into what hemp can do for the earth because the possibilities are endless. Hemp is our future and its up to us citizens of the world to make sure we take care of this place we call home.
