If by "Carcinogen" we intend that a substance or condition causes the depletion of endogenous cannabinoids which are necessary for causing apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells ..in this case we are correct while eliminating the endless search for the condition which allows for the development of cancer cells in human biochemistry.
The pieces are fitting together in a logical way, this current perspective about how cancer develops has come a long way from the composition and scientific confirmation of the statement which was reported on regularly throughout it's development/publishing in the TalkingCannabis Facebook group "phyto-cannabinoids cause apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells." While I am aware that not everyone agrees with these trail-breaking perspectives which are based on available scientific confirmation ..I still feel excited and thrilled to share these developments as they are being understood and authored. My work contradicted the traditionally accepted view that cannabinoids can only treat the symptoms of cancer which has been proven incorrect.
One of the root aspects which made possible the explanation for the development cancers was the work of Dr. Mechoulam on the effects of cannabis in human biochemistry (work which began in the 1960's, Israel). The endogenous cannabinoid system, it's biochemical receptors and signals were subsequently identified by scientific method and are beginning to be published as well as made available to medical professionals. The same information will need to be made available to legal professionals, in a clear and concise format.

Since 2001 these confirmations have been neglected to the detriment of our loved ones and selves ..North America's shameful neglect.
After several years of investigation/research it has become apparent that there is no conspiracy by better informed parties. Some people are a little frantic when they contemplate the cancer boogeyman with no other recourse than standard operating procedures with their "benchmark" failure/success probabilities. From the legal perspective this is what needs to be expressed in order to reduce the number of cancer statistics... "Oh no, what have we done?" As the scene from The Bridge on the River Kwai where the commanding officer realizes what he has done in protecting the bridge constructed of their time in capture. In his last living moment the commander falls on the detonating actuator causing the complete and thorough destruction of all their slave labors.
