He is actually suggesting that the physical components of his window do not operate due to cannabis odour???
You see David, in life there is this thing called practicality and you should move away from businesses that disturb you, as the humans managing those facilities have permits and rights to operate their business anywhere that follows the regulations, which vary from township to township.
Believe it or not David Ireland, many agricultural business have foul odours but I am sure you dont think about the smell of a slaughter house when you enjoy your steak now do you?
