The Agera RS broke the world Speed Record by catching the Incredible Speed of 457.05 km/h!
Swedish Koenigsegg Agera RS is the fastest car in the world breaking the speed record 457.05 km/hr and taking the throne from French Bugatti Chiron.
The two runs took place on a highway in the Nevada desert with Koenigsegg Agera RS catching 436 km/h and winning the Bugatti Veyron Super Spor in the first run and on the second run where it broke the world record .
Bugatti Chiron scored a new world record at the 0-400-0 km/h driven by Juan Pablo Montoya but this could not be left unanswered by Koenigsegg.
The Swedish company has announced that Agera RS has completed this test (acceleration from standstill to 400 km/h and breaking to standstill) to 36.44 seconds which means 5.5 seconds faster than the French superpercar Bugatti Chiron !!!
In particular, it took 26.88 seconds to catch the 400 km/h, covering a distance of 1.958 meters, while braking required 9.56 seconds at a distance of 483 meters. Overall, Agera RS took 2,441 meters to catch 400 km/h and brake from 400-0 km/h .
