The second round of voting in the Presidential election in Costa Rica on Sunday was completed. The victory in this election is going to ensure the ruling middle-class canditate Carlos Alvarado.
38-year old formar Labor Minister Alvarado is going to be next president of the country.
This information has been confirmed after the Election Authority of Costa Rica completed the voting of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.
According to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, 60.66 percent of the vote was won by Carlos Alvarado. His opponent, hardline conservative party candidate Fabricio Alvarado, received 39.33 percent of the vote.
