Could hardly believe my luck at finding this?
On the other hand searching further?,
I realised that these Guy's had been " Taught" to Drive by People with Recently purchased SA Driving Licences!
As a lot of Politicians out here ride around in BMW's , this took me in to the subject , even Deeper.
They let Family Members Drive their " Company Cars", and don't even bother to purchase a Licence for them!
