Time flies! Just completed the 34th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!
- Fun In The Discord Chats
Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.
- Staying In Bronze Fray
For this brawl, I decided to stick to what I fought in the last fray, which was Fray 6, which was 3/2/2/1. I felt I was starting to find my grove and this fray is neither too difficult nor too easy for me.
Had 6 battles this time and I had some difficulties fielding my lineups because I didn't seem to have the right cards for the modifiers. Often, I ended up settling for an average lineup which I wasn't really confident. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days. Fortunately, the result turned out ok and wasn't as bad as I expected.
- We Got 1st!!!
So for the final result, we were back to the podium and finished 1st out of 10 guilds and got 808 Merits! Back to back wins! and that's the 6th time for me with this guild! Awesome result!
Individually, I had 6 fights this time and I managed to win half of them. Finished 6th within the guild!

Battle 1 - WIN
Opponent fled! Needed the free win badly this time..
Battle 2 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway
The triple Weaken strategy worked well and Trapp Falloway easily took out the cards one by one. Shoutout to Night Ghoul which took in all the attacks with the Taunt ability too.

Battle 3 - WIN
Gladius Card Used: None
This was a textbook lineup for a 18 mana battle and not many setups can break through a Taunt + Tank Heal + Repair combination. My opponent had a max 3/2/2/1 lineup but spent 11 rounds trying to break this combination of Level 1 cards and still failed.
MVP: Shieldbearer
Battle 4 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Katrelba Gobson
I was outfought in this Equalizer battle as my Gladius card was taken out first. I thought my lineup was very decent, packed with strong Magic cards and 2 healers. Unfortunately, Gladius cards made the difference and I didn't guard well for Sneak.

Battle 5 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: None
Lost yet another Equalizer battle. This time I lost out by just 1 turn as my Water Elemental came head to head with the opposing Forgotten One in the final one-to-one and I lost because Water Elemental couldn't attack from the first position.
MVP: None
Battle 6 - LOSE
Gladius Card Used: Orella Abadon
Fire Melee against Earth Magic usually doesn't end well, and this time, my opponent had Queen Mycelia which meant my Melee cards had extra 2 Armor to break through. This made the difference and there was no way turning this battle around.
MVP: None
So that sums up my 6 battles for this brawl! Not the best performance this round, but fortunately didn't affect the overall guild result.

The Merits are coming in fast and I have enough Merits for my 17th Gladius case! My average luck continues - just Rare and Common cards.
