Whoo hoo! Can you believe it has been 8 years that I have been on Hive? I have met so many wonderful friends, many are still here and some have been long gone.
I want to thank the Hive community for the wonderful support so many give daily. It is one of the reasons I have stayed and continue to create posts to share with you all. Eight years ago my son @randyhilarski introduced me to this platform, and I can't thank him enough.

One of my favorite pastimes is gardening, I love to grow and photograph the flowers. If you follow me, you get to enjoy the beauty that surrounds my home. I love to share those photos with the #hivegarden community.

Also, many of my postings are about growing organic vegetables and herbs. As an urban gardener, I do my best to utilize the little space I have to grow healthy food for my family.
One of my favorite homesteaders is @goldenoakfarms. She is an inspiration to continue working hard to be self-sustainable. You would enjoy her daily posts.

If you have pets, you may enjoy participating in these communities. They have so many wonderful people from all around the world sharing their pet stories. #Caturday, #catsnaps by @manorvillemike, #curatorcat, and #dpet are my go-to places to post photos of Chej'u our cat, and Mika our newest member of the family.

#Wednesday walk initiated by @tatoodjay is a fun community that shares many wonderful excursions from around the world. You would love to see how everyone enjoys their lives.
You can also see Jay's fabulous photography in the #photographylovers community.

Sharing recipes for meals and mostly for preserving the harvest are posted in the #foodiesbeehive community. They are so supportive and I get to see so many wonderful recipes. Making recipes from different cultures is one of my passions. You can find so many to give a try.

I also have to mention #fungilovers, sometimes I found a cute mushroom to share on #fungifriday for a quick post.

@nelinoeva has a weekly contest at #featheredfriends. Come join us to see all the beautiful birds.

I want to thank all the communities for always curating the postings, as this is so integral for the growth of Hive.
I have so many faithful followers I would like to take time to appreciate, I will not remember everyone, but I will do my best to mention those who have been supportive over the years.
