Its origins date back to 1923, when Walt and Roy Disney, together with animator Ub Iwerks, founded Disney Bros. Studio. In 1925 it is renamed as Walt Disney Studios.
In 1929 the original company changed to Walt Disney Productions, Ltd., forming with other 3: Walt Disney Enterprises, Disney Film Recording Company, and Liled Realty and Investment Company, for September 29, 1938 these companies are merged to create Walt Productions from Disney.
