Hello family steemians, steemchurch, today Saturday of agriculture indicated by @sirknight in the challenge of heavenly challenge I leave this post about the pumarosa and its benefits.
It is a fruit that belongs to the myrtle family, whose tree tends to reach a maximum height of 15 meters. Its flowers are creamy white, but also have a bright green color quite characteristic.
The pumarosa is a fruit that stands out for its high content of pectins, vitamins (vitamin A, B3 and vitamin C), minerals (calcium and iron mainly) and beta carotene. In addition, it is low in calories and fat, so its consumption is adequate not only in balanced diets, but also low in fat that pursue the goal of losing weight.
Nutritional contribution of pumarosa:
Calories: 25 kilocalories.
Carbohydrates: 7.90 gr.
Proteins: 0.50 gr.
Fat: 0.40 gr.
Minerals: calcium (10 mg) and iron (0.20 mg).
Vitamins: vitamin A (18 mg), vitamin B3 (0.25 mg) and vitamin C (20 mg).
Thanks to its high content of vitamin C is a special fruit suitable for protection against complaints and colds, helping in turn to increase the defenses.
Its use in the treatment of diabetes is usual due to its beneficial effect on cancer, provided that, for example, it is consumed as a dessert before or after meals.
It is also a case of excessive urination, although remarkable because it is also able to control thirst, improving the hydration of our body.
Its leaves are due to their high content of iodine, which is why the sea is customary in the consumption of slimming diets in the form of infusion or tisane.

Then God said: Let the earth produce green grass, grass that gives seed; tree of fruit that bears fruit according to its kind, that its seed be in it, on earth. And it was like that.
So the earth produced green grass, grass that gives seed according to its nature, and tree that bears fruit, whose seed is in it, according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
