6 GREAT PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS
The quality of the dough is fundamental to have an excellent pizza, beyond the sauce and sausages that we use in its preparation. It is something like having a nice building with a solid base or columns.
For the purpose of our delicious pizza, we use the amounts of the following elements:
In a bowl we pour the two cups of wheat flour.
On the other hand, we add to the blender glass the other ingredients to be used in the dough. The sugar, the touch of salt, the margarine and the egg.
We end up adding the milk and mixing at low speed in the blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The next step is to combine the liquid mixture with the wheat flour; in other words, the kneading process. This is done manually until the dough does not stick to the hands.
When the above is achieved, the dough is left to rest for about 15 minutes to increase its volume. To do this, it is left out of the light and out of any kind of humidity.
It finishes the kneading process with the extension of the same, for it is used a roller. Care must be taken to ensure that the dough does not break as a result of excessive pressure. The extension of the dough will depend on the area of the mould used to bake the pizza.
4 INGREDIENTS PROVIDE THE FLAVOR AND
COLOR OF A DELICIOUS SAUCE
To simplify the work, the day before I prepared the sauce to be used on the pizza. I used a couple of small carrots, 3 tomatoes, a small onion and 4 finely chopped cloves of garlic. The process that followed was to cover all the dough with abundant sauce, so that the sauce would absorb it during cooking.
3 SAUSAGES TO COVER THE PIZZA WITH FLAVOR
For this purpose I used traditional sausages such as sliced ham.
Some very juicy strips of bacon.
And finally slices of yellow cheddar cheese.
I concluded by adding some tomato slices. Ingredient that was already included in the sauce.

13 INGREDIENTS ON A PIZZA
40 minutes took the baking of this delicious pizza in the oven, the average baking temperature was 180 degrees centigrade, with fire up and down.
And the rest is already history... The enjoyment of this delicious food by all the members of the family.
La calidad de la masa es fundamental para tener una excelente pizza, más allá de la salsa y embutidos que utilicemos en su preparación. es algo así como tener un lindo edificio con una sólida base o columnas.
A los efectos de nuestra deliciosa pizza, empleamos las cantidades de los siguientes elementos:
En un bowl vertimos las dos tazas de harina de trigo.
Por otro lado, vamos añadiendo al vaso de la licuadora los otros ingredientes a utilizar en la masa. El azúcar, el toque de sal, la margarina y el huevo.
Finalizamos agregando la leche y mezclamos a baja velocidad en la licuadora hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
El paso que sigue es combinar la mezcla líquida con la harina de trigo; en otra palabras, el proceso de amasado. Esto se hace manualmente hasta que la masa no se pegue de las manos.
Cuando se alcanza lo antes descrito, la masa se deja reposar por unos 15 minutos aproximadamente para que agrande su volumen. Para ello se deja al resguardo de la luz y fuera de cualquier tipo de humedad.
Finaliza el proceso de amasado con la extensión de la misma, para ello se emplea un rodillo. Debe tenerse cuidado en que la masa no se rompa producto de una presión excesiva. La extensión de la masa se hará en función del área del molde que se emplee para hornear la pizza.
4 INGREDIENTES APORTAN EL SABOR Y
COLOR DE UNA DELICIOSA SALSA
Para simplificar el trabajo, el día anterior preparé la salsa a utilizar en la pizza. Para ello empleé un par de zanahorias pequeñas, 3 tomates, una cebolla pequeña y 4 dientes de ajo finamente cortados. El proceso que siguió fue el cubrir toda la masa con abundante salsa, de manera que la parte de la salsa la absorba la masa durante la cocción.
3 EMBUTIDOS PARA CUBRIR DE SABOR A LA PIZZA
Para este propósito usé embutidos tradicionales como el jamon de pierna cortado en rebanadas.
Unas tiras de tocineta bien jugosas.
Y finalmente rebanadas de queso amarillo tipo cheddar.
Concluí añadiendo algunas rebanadas de tomate. Ingrediente que ya estaba incluido en la salsa.
HORNEANDO LA COMBINACIÓN PERFECTA DE
13 INGREDIENTES EN UNA PIZZA
40 minutos tomó la cocción de esta deliciosa pizza en el horno, la temperatura promedio de cocción fue de 180 grados centígrados, con fuego arriba y abajo.
Y el resto es ya historia.... El disfrute de este delicioso alimento por todos los integrantes de la familia.
