Hoy compartiré con ustedes una sencilla receta que preparé en mi desayuno. Además de lo fácil, la misma reúne otros atributos. Es saludable, económica y sobre todo riquísima.

PREPARATION / PREPARACIÓN
I started this one by grating the carrot into small pieces. In a bowl we cracked the two eggs and shook them vigorously using a hand beater.
Esta la inicié rallando la zanahoria en pequeños trozos. En un bowl cascamos los dos huevos y agitamos de forma enérgica empleando un batidor de mano.
Next, we add in the bowl the carrot that we had previously grated and with the same hand mixer we integrate it with the eggs.
Seguidamente, agregamos en el bowl la zanahoria que previamente habíamos rallado y con el mismo batidor manual la integramos con los huevos.
Now it is the turn of the oatmeal flakes. We add the two spoonfuls of oats and mix them with winding movements.
Ahora es el turno de las hojuelas de avena. Agregamos las dos cucharadas de avena y las mezclamos con movimientos envolventes.
We add the spoonful of all-purpose wheat flour and the touch of salt.Añadimos la cucharada de harina de trigo todo uso y el toque de sal.
We end up incorporating the 150 grams of cottage cheese into the mixture and mixing it so that all the ingredients are integrated homogeneously.Finalizamos incorporando a la mezcla los 150 gramos de queso requesón y mezclamos de manera que todos los ingredientes se integren de manera homogénea.
We took the mixture to a frying pan previously conditioned with a little oil, in my case I used soybean oil. At medium heat we cook the omelette on both sides.Llevamos la mezcla a un sartén previamente acondicionado con un poco de aceite, en mi caso utilicé aceite de soya. A fuego medio cocinamos la omelette por ambas caras.
