Last time when I did my big reveal, I also included a list of other #tenfactsonelie games still open for guesses. This go round, I'm not even going to try, because - THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!

Can I just tell you how frelling stoked I am about that! While my initial (unstated) intention when I first started this game of dropping upvotes on every contest is waaaaay out of reach, my desired outcome was still achieved - all the cool kids are doing it! 😊
Now, getting on with things - here are everyone's guesses, in the order they came in:
@amariespeaks - 1

Here are the answers -
FACTS ABOUT ME
I was a Tupperware lady.
FACT - In 2001, after our 3rd kidlet, I got hit REALLY hard with postpartum depression and GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). I actually wasn't able to drive for pretty close to a year, thanks to the panic attacks. A neighbor invited me to her party, and the Tupperware lady was about my age, lived nearby, and totally brainwashed me into joining. She offered to drive me to meetings, and hubby offered to chauffeur me to parties. Then came the fateful week I couldn't hitch a ride to a meeting - at the last possible second, I grabbed the car keys and drove myself. Granted, I sobbed the whole way there and back, but I'll never forget how proud all of my Tupperfriends were. I didn't last very long as a salesperson (I gave away too much of my stuff - LOL), but I remember those days fondly. Right up until I try to find a lid to one of my bowls...Thanks to my great, great (I forget how many greats) relative, I could join the Daughters of the American Revolution if I wanted (and they accepted me - so, probably not 😜).
FACT - My paternal grandmother is directly descended from James Sawyer, who served in the Revolutionary War. My aunt (dad's sister) did a whole genealogy thing, printed out all kinds of info, and gave it to a bunch of us at a family reunion a few years back.

While I've been told I have "the map of Ireland on my face" and my maiden name is Cavanaugh, my husband and our kids are more Irish than me.
FACT - hubby's maternal grandmother came over from the Emerald Isle when she was 16, while my Irish ancestors settled in Canada first for a few generations, before moving down the coast to Gloucester, MA.I once worked as an armed security guard for a Hollywood producer.
FACT - (and not just because @paintingangels so badly wanted it to be true...LOL). Back in 1991, when The Perfect Storm was still called, "The No Name Storm," my hometown of Gloucester, MA was pretty well battered. So many places up and down the Eastern seaboard were without power for days, that there was an unexpected shortage of security guards. At the time, hubby and I were both working for my dad's alarm company, and we both had our MA handgun licenses (even thought we weren't technically security guards). Also at that time, my father had a burglar alarm system in the Gloucester home of Ric (aka, Walter, aka W.D.) Richter. While you probably don't recognize the name (and as hubby pointed out after I posted this, he's actually a writer/director/producer), you might be familiar with titles like, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Big Trouble in Little China, 'Buckaroo Banzai': Into the Eighth Dimension, Brubaker, Dracula (1979), and Late for Dinner. After the storm, he called my dad in a panic, saying he needed someone to take care of his castle (I mean, legit - there was a mini great hall between the kitchen and den), but dad said he didn't know anyone available. Then Ric asked, "Don't Jim and Traci have guns...?"
Long story short (yeah, too late - LOL!), hubby and I stayed at the property for a couple of days, until the electricity was restored. The Richters were so appreciative, they even gave us their water-logged but still functional kitchen appliances, in additional to a hefty paycheck.
Although I went to college for 4 years, I don't have a degree.
FACT - I was supposed to graduate in 1987, but came up short on GenEd credits, and didn't have the mental power/money to continue. I do, however, still have a huge student loan.I'm bisexual, but didn't tell our kids until a few years ago (they were the last to know 😊), when our youngest came out as bi.
FACT - While I never tried to hide that fact from them, it just never really came up naturally in conversation. Then when our youngest, inexplicably nervous about her announcement, said "I'm bi" I blurted out, "Yeah, me too." While I felt bad at the possibility I "stole her thunder" she said it actually made her feel so much better, because the focus of the conversation became her and our eldest freaking out that they'd never guessed.I've been a practicing witch since 1991.
FACT - Hubby and I self-dedicated in '91, and while I've never looked back, he's more Christian-leaning these days.I have two small tattoos.
LIE!!!!!!!!!!!! - While I really, really, REALLY want ink, there's never been the opportunity/money to even get one. Hubby does have a rough sketch of a possible design, but that's as far as it's gotten. Maybe I'll do it for my 55th birthday or something...My first comment on the interwebz was in the alt.tv.xena Usenet group.
FACT - Here's the link to the post, although thanks to my n00b status, my newsreader was set to hubby's name, not mine.Hubby and I homeschooled/unschooled all three of our kids.
FACT - I heard about homeschooling before we'd even thought about having kids. When our first came along in 1995, we decided to give it a go for the first few years, and see how it went. When the youngest "graduates" later this year (she turns 18 in a few days), we'll officially have completely hone/unschooled all three. However, any time they spout off a cool fact, or use a large vocabulary word, and I remark about how wonderful it was, they'll retort, "Yep, learned it from Spongebob."I've written rough drafts for at least 7 novels.
FACT - Thank you, NaNoWriMo. Now I just gotta turn them into something readable... LOL!
Now for the big moment!
The winner is...
Drum roll, please...

Maybe some time in the future, I'll gear up for a Round Three. Until then, I'll keep an eye on the #tenfactsonelie feed so I can surreptitiously collect blackmail on everyonemake some more guesses of my own!
