In this ban, the relatives of residents of the areas covered under clemency including Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria have also been included along with the persons sanctioned. It is not allowed to participate in any round of these closed ICOs, to any person listed in the acceptance list of US, UK, EU or UN Security Council.
