The translator of this story asked people to upload on English blogs and I thought it was important that we share this tragedy with all human persons in the world and help restore justice in Korea.

‘Korean girl Na-Young brutally raped and beaten- The truth has to be told’
I’m about to translate a writing posted on a Korean site called Nate On that left me with so much anger and sadness I can’t even begin to express how it felt when I finished reading the whole thing. It made me realize Evils really do exist in this world!
This is a true story about an absolutely horrifying incident that happened to a little sweet girl who was just 9 years old. Her name is Na-Young and she was on her way to school when it happened. She was forcefully taken to a church restroom in a commercial building and then got brutally beaten, strangled and raped for hours in the most cruel and unimaginable way that can happen to a human being let alone a child.
What shocked me even more was that this evil man was sentenced
only 12 years in the jail!!!! The whole nation is going crazy protesting against this unacceptable verdict of the court.
I was also disgusted with this absurd, unfair decision by the Korean court. I cannot go into too much detail about Korean laws and legal matters right now, but our country has always been far too forgiving with criminals especially those with child-raping crimes. And this Na-Young’s case is a clear example of that.
A number of different postings of Na-Young’s case are being uploaded on several major Korean websites by the minute but they get erased and deleted by the webmasters. The government is trying to cover up and force silence upon us. It seems that we don’t even have the rights to speak out anymore. But it’s about time I do something to change this. No. It’s time that we ALL get involved to do something because small changes can make difference!
I cannot just swallow and forget this inhumane crime committed by a 50 something year old monster who completely ruined and destroyed a little innocent girl’s life. I’m not doing this just so you can learn what horrible things are going on in Korea, but I’m doing this to ask you, and beg you to help us convince our government to tighten rape crime laws and regulations so that we can protect our children and prevent anything like from happening again.
This will not heal Na-Young’s physical pain nor will it release her from the nightmares she’s having every night, but at least she’ll know that there are people out there who truly wants to help. Please share this posting among your friends and families, let them know what’s happening around them. Let them know the truth.
One morning on her way to school, Na-Young was dragged to a public restroom by a 50 year old strange man (Doo Soon Cho). He was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the tragedy, told by the police department which handled her case.
| Beaten and strangled:
He punched her face and stomach when she refused to take off her clothes. He then strangled her neck to make her faint but when he didn’t make it, he held her head under the water of toilet seat until she did faint. It was assumed he did this to make it easy to force himself on her. Up till this point, she was still conscious, said Na-Young when she was asked to describe everything she could remember. It was also confirmed by physical evidences.
| Violently raped and sexually tortured:
When she fell unconscious he made held her against the closed toilet seat cover then had penetrative intercourse (anal and vaginal). He then performed the same penetrative pistol action to her right ear. Her head and her ear were crushed against the water tank each time of his pistol action. Her right shoulder was also dislocated as a result.
| Injury of internal oragns and a rupture:
Thinking he had to destroy the evidence by cleaning her inside out of his semen, he pushed her face down in the toilet again to wash her ears. He then used a pump (used for blocked toilets) on her via anus in attempt to extract his semen which lead to severe rupture of her large intestine where he, this time, tried to push the organs back inside her using the long stick of the pump. During this process, he damaged her genital organs completely.
| Attempt to destroy the evidences and cover up the crime scene:
He tried to clean her up. Flushed her blood and other traces of her organs down the toilet, washed her and made her sit upright but decides to have
another intercourse. When he was finally done and satisfied, he ran away.
And Korean law prohibits media from revealing the face of criminal.
For any reason at all, can this unforgiving, horrifying crime be justified? Or can we say the justice is served with 12 year sentence.
Na-Young has undergone 8 hour operation and her life was saved but she has lost all her functions of genital organs and has to live the rest of her life with a bag attached to her bladder. But this physical pain and suffering would be nothing compared to the bruises left on her heart and mind.
Please help by speaking out.
Please help us make this evil man get what he deserves. 12 years in the jail doesn’t even come close.
Help us to convince our government to revise our current Sex crime laws and regulations, make changes where needed, provide protected environments to our children.
