Use what God has given you
"Strive to present yourself to God approved, as a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly interprets the word of truth"
2 TIMOTHY 2:15
use what God has given you The best way to live your life is to serve God according to your FORM, for which you must discover your gifts, learn to accept them and enjoy them so that you can develop them to their fullest expression.
God wants you to discover your particular form. Begin to find and clarify what God wants you to be and do it. First, evaluate your gifts and resources. Then, consider the opportunities and your personality. Finally, examine your background and extract the lessons you learned.
God wants you to accept your form. Since God knows what is best for you, you must accept with gratitude the way He did you. Your form was sovereignly determined by God for its purpose, so you must not resent it or reject it. On the contrary, you should celebrate the unique form that God gave you. Part of accepting your form is recognizing your limitations. No one is good in all things, and none is called to do them all. Each one has your roles defined.
"Because we ourselves have been molded in all these parts, excellently formed and operating wonderfully, in the body of Christ, let us go on and be that for which we were created"
ROMANS 12: 5 (PAR)
God wants you to enjoy the way He has given you. Satan will try to rob you of the joy of service by tempting you in two ways: to compare your ministry to the expectations of others. If you compare your form, your ministry or the results of your ministry with other people, you will be discouraged or proud. Any of these attitudes will put you out of service and rob you of your joy.
"Do your own work well, so that then you have to be proud. But do not compare yourself to others. "
GÁLATAS 6: 4 (PAR)
God wants you to develop your form. God expects us to do the most with what he gives us. We must cultivate our gifts and abilities, keeping our hearts burning, growing in our character and personality, expanding our experiences so that we are increasingly effective in our service. Remember, in eternity we will be serving God forever. But right now we can prepare for eternal service by practicing here on earth. We are preparing ourselves for eternal responsibilities and rewards. Therefore, like the athletes who are preparing for the Olympics, we will train and develop for that great day.
"Therefore I advise you to stir up the fire of the gift of God that is in you."
