🔥Bible Scripture of January 30, 2019🔥 The holy scriptures and promises of our creator will be fulfilled

It is said that the oracle of Delphi deceived creso, which caused him to face the king of Persia and be defeated. However, the Bible contains an incredible prophecy related to this case that was fulfilled to the letter. About two hundred years before this king was born, the Hebrew prophet Isaiah mentioned his name, Cyrus, and described how he would conquer the great and mighty city of Babylon.   

 Isaiah 44:24, 27, 28. This is what Jehovah has said. He that saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and whatsoever I delight in, he shall accomplish it altogether; even as I say of Jerusalem, It shall be rebuilt; and of the temple, Your foundation shall be laid for You.  

In the words of the Greek historian Herodotus, the army of Cyrus diverted the river Euphrates, which crossed the city of Babylon. Thanks to this strategy, we can see that Cyrus' troops were able to enter the great city by walking along the river bed. After the conquest, it is said that Cyrus freed the Jews who were captives in Babylon and then allowed them to return to the city of Jerusalem and rebuild the city, which had been destroyed seventy years earlier.   

Isaiah 45:1. "This is what the LORD said to his anointed, to Cyrus, to whom he was of the right hand, to subdue nations before him, that I may descend to the hips of kings; to open before him the two-leafed gates, so that the gates themselves may not be shut.
