When Should you Show your Parents Goodness?
The showing of goodness to parents does not start at the time you acquire abundant wealth but at your early stage of life. As far as your parents are alive, you should begin to show them kindness at the time when you know what is wrong from what is right till they both die. Even after their death, they still need your offering.
How & Why To Be Good to Parents
- Lower your wings in submission and humility through mercy. Remember when you were nothing, your parents
were the one striving so that you can become someone in life. And at the time when you have nothing, they stood by you struggling to cater for your needs. So, why would you grow up and neglet them? If you do so, certainly, you are among the ingrates of God's mercy. - You should try as much as possible to always make them happy.

They showed you love at the time when no one is there for you. Tried to protect you from the evil of people and guided you from the path of destruction. - Always remember them in your prayer and say: "My Lord, have mercy on my parents as they showed me when I was young.
- If one or both of them attain old-age in your presence, say not to them a word of disrespect nor should you shout at them but always try to address them honourably.
Even if you are highly provoked by them, speak unto them soft kind of words and don't let your hands be tied to your neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach, so that you will not be worthless and not put in severe poverty.
