One of the verses you posted is similar to this one:
(2 Peter 3:9 NIV) The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
So it's clear that those who refuse to repent will perish. That is, spend eternity in hell.
Besides, I have a hard time believing that God, being a just God, would allow Hitler into Heaven. Or those ISIS terrorists who rape and torture then call the victim's family members so they can hear their loved ones scream. If anyone deserves to burn for a trillion years in hell it's them.
