Ground ginger, ground cinnamon, mixed spices, golden syrup, bicarbonate of soda, light brown soft sugar and unsalted butter
I created the gingerbread dough using hand mixing and a hand blender. I let it set in the fridge for 20mins.
Roll out out the dough and this is what you'll get.
This is the first time I experimented with icing on a gingerbread cookie and I think it doesn't look too bad
I really love the gingerbread men that I have made. It might not look like it, as I feel really under the weather.
They tasted sooo good.
