The first time I really hung out with Evan was way back in the 10th grade. I didn't really know him yet, but he came over one night with a group of mutual friends (we were all probably meeting to play Call of Duty: World at War or Guitar Hero). Eventually, all of my other friends had to leave, and it was just Evan and I. "Do you want to play xbox?" I asked him. "No, I don't play video games." Instantly, I thought we would never be friends (because video games were and are my passion). But we got to talking, and he loved sports, I loved video games, so we compromised and played "ALL-Star Baseball 2003" all night, the only sports game I oddly owned. Ever since, Evan and I have been great friends.
He has since graduated from Fordham University where he started his in-dorm company, "JackRabbit," with his roommate Pat. They made (and still make) the coolest clothes. They are one of the only (if not the only) clothing company out there that offers clothing that changes color in temperature! The JackRabbit shirt you see me wearing below actually does that! The sun in the background is red when its cold, and yellow when its hot.
They print everything by hand, even the tags on the collar. They don't do this for the money, they make these clothes for the passion of making really cool stuff.
