'144' is the killer number. They're saying that Tropical Storm Nate could turn into a hurricane. My bet is that it will. Here's why:

They are also saying that the storm will strike the Gulf Coast this weekend, so figure tomorrow it strikes. From the date of Hurricane Harvey to the possible date of Tropical Storm Nate is a total of '44' days.
H.A.A.R.P is a U.S Military project for the purpose of experimenting with weather. My question is; are these hurricanes weather weapons? The numbers connecting to this does not seem like it's just a 'coincidence'.
