The Origins

The healthy fats in butter help to switch your body into fat-burning mode whilst keeping you craving free and full of energy for the day.

Ingredients:
Coffee, preferably good quality made in a french press or an Aeropress if you have one (i really can't recommend a better coffee maker for its price)
Butter Ideally grass fed and free range, but once again, whatever you have lying in the fridge.
Coconut oil
How to make Bulletproof Coffee:
Put butter and coconut oil in cup (personally, i now have it without the coconut oil and it still tastes great)
Pour in hot coffee
Blend (or stir vigorously)
Drink & Enjoy!
