Introductory Statement: Why This Declaration Matters
With artificial intelligence, surveillance systems, and invasive environmental technologies becoming embedded in everyday life, this declaration asserts the unalienable rights of the individual.
Emerging tools—such as brain-computer interfaces, neural data analysis, electromagnetic tracking, AI behavioral prediction, synthetic biology, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), geoengineering, and centralized control infrastructures—are advancing far faster than legal or public safeguards. These technologies risk violating our private domains: the mind, body, and the land we depend on.
I, the undersigned, issue this declaration to preserve my dignity, bodily autonomy, mental freedom, environmental integrity, and agricultural self-reliance.
Sovereignty is not rebellion. It is a conscious refusal to surrender human rights to automated, experimental, or coercive systems.
I. Declaration of Individual Sovereignty
I hereby declare that I do not consent—now or in the future—to any interference, manipulation, surveillance, or trespass of my cognitive, neurological, electromagnetic, digital, biological, environmental, or agricultural domains.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Brain-computer interfaces, AI systems, or neurological decoding
- Surveillance via electronic, biometric, or behavioral means
- Involuntary exposure to EMF radiation, 5G/6G, or synthetic signals
- Genetic modification of the food supply, including GMO drift or cross-pollination
- Environmental pollutants, geoengineering agents, or nanoparticulates
Any such actions—whether direct or indirect, current or delayed—constitute a violation of my inherent human rights.
II. Rights Over Mind, Body, Environment, and Sustenance
I affirm full, exclusive, and non-transferable rights over my:
- Thoughts, beliefs, memories, emotions, and brain activity
- Physical body, neurological system, and biological data
- Food, water, seeds, land, and natural biological processes
- Communications, identity, and personal environment
No algorithm, AI system, drone, institution, or entity may decode, simulate, track, analyze, interfere with, or contaminate any of these domains without my explicit, written, and fully informed consent.
III. Environmental and Biological Integrity
To protect life, liberty, and ecological self-determination:
A. Protection from GMO Cross-Contamination
I explicitly reject and do not consent to:
- Cross-pollination from genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
- Airborne, insect-borne, or waterborne GMO drift or contamination
- Any patented genetic material entering my environment or crops
- Any biological trespass by corporations, governments, or individuals
Responsibility for such contamination rests entirely with the originator—including the seed patent holder, distributor, authorizing agency, or negligent entity.
This clause closes the legal loophole used to sue and bankrupt farmers harmed by GMO cross-pollination. No individual shall be forced to adopt or license GMO products due to unintentional or intentional contamination.
B. Clean Access to Natural Resources
I retain the right to:
- Clean, uncontaminated air and water
- Non-GMO, non-patented, heirloom, or wild seeds
- Soil free from synthetic biological interference
- Freedom from geoengineering or toxic particulate exposure
Violations shall be treated as biological warfare, ecological assault, and trespass against sovereignty.

VIII. Right to Land and Agricultural Sovereignty (Appendix A)
Article 1: Right to Land and Life
I retain the right to inhabit land that is:
- Clean, uncontaminated, and safe for food, water, and shelter
- Free from technological or genetic interference
- Capable of sustaining independent, sovereign life
Article 2: Minimum Land Allocation
I assert the right to:
- 2 acres per adult of clean, arable land
- 1 acre per child free from contamination or control
Article 3: Freedom from Coercion
I shall not be denied this land or coerced into giving it up in exchange for:
- Food, healthcare, housing, financial access, or movement

X. Declaration Update Policy (Addendum)
- New versions of this Declaration may be adopted by the individual and will automatically supersede previous versions if explicitly chosen.
- The collective cannot make changes on behalf of the individual without that individual's full and informed consent.
- The individual always retains the right to revert to any earlier version of this Declaration if the new version is not in their best interest.
- The law shall always side with the individual's stated version in case of any conflict between collective and personal terms.
