Kieran Breen, the CEO of Leicestershire Cares shares his thoughts of the need to develop a collaborative approach to the development of social wealth, in an article for Vulnerability 360. This connects with a report produced by Dan Cory for New Philanthropy Capital, that identifies how local charities and civic groups are clustered in more prosperous and settled areas of the country.
