I was walking past Nottingham City Hall last night and it was beautifully lit up with purple lights.

I instantly thought it would be perfect for the Purple Colour Challenge on Steemit, so I grabbed a quick snap.
The hall itself, despite it's grand appearance, is actually less than 100 hundred years old (being built in 1929).
