Diecast collectables again.

Yesterday I was at my local Tom Thumb and I noticed they had a really cool selection of diecast metal planes.

Today I had to go to a different Tom Thumb in a different part of town and I noticed that they also had a cool selection of diecast toys but this time they were cars.

These are exactly the type of toys that I used to play with as a kid.

So many kids today are stuck looking at their phones without ever lifting their eyes up to even look at people.

Toys like these are healthy because they promote real playing not just staring at your phone screen.

These are only $6.99.

The airplanes were a little more expensive at $8.99.

Still a heck of a deal though if you ask me.

When I was a kid I'm sure I had Matchbox versions of at least a few of these cars.

There are definitely several cool ones to choose from on here.

I thought it was perfect for Color Challenge Monday Red.
