While it's extremely dangerous to get involved, the Columbus Police are grateful after a local resident takes the brave, successful effort of tripping the deadly runner.
Even though he is using a walking cane while walking out of the public library, Bill makes the quick decision to help the cops by tripping up the escaping thug so that police would have just enough time to catch up to the suspect and apprehend him.
