@whatiamdoing has an initiative about old users we miss.
I have my list right here. It's a very solid list. The best list.
@atopy
@gotmeens
@gaelle.spaas
@ashleykalila
@steemsausage
That's a list.
I don't know how to start this, but let's start with one.
@atopy
She made me signature drawings, which were really really cool. I tried to use them a few times, but on Steemit times, I always forgot to add them. It would have been perfect with a feature to always add the signatures. She's not only a talented artist, but she knows her way with the bees and she shared some amazing photos of them.
She's a fun, kind person. She has an unique personality, but only in good.
I wish she'd be back with us, if for nothing else, to send us photos of flowers and bees.
@gotmeens
I've never really been much into art. But gotmeens is an artist who made an impression on me. His art was amazing. He was one of the very few users I put an auto-voter on, as I knew he wouldn't disappoint and I wanted that he'll get a vote even if I'm missing one post. His art was weird, but not too weird. Weird in the right way. Not only was he talented, but also brave enough to do things differently.
I'm hoping he's a he, or I'll just feel bad for calling him a him if he's a she.
Doesn't mind anyways. He's an artist I admire - and that's truly rare.
@gaelle.spaas
She had very unique skills and a very likeable personality. I wanted to see more what she was able to do, as I thought she didn't have her chance to shine on the blockchain yet. She deserved more attention, and I'm hoping she's getting it now.
It's just that she's not here to brighten our day. Maybe we didn't brighten her day enough.
@ashleykalila
Also fun. Why do I like only fun people? Where are all the depressing grumps?
We had a shitposting account together. I think that's enough for a reason to like someone. You don't get a shared shitposting account with just anyone.
I miss shitposting a bit. It wouldn't be the same anymore.
@steemsausage
She's really old. Like, really old. What was she, 80+ years?
Well that's not really true, I have no clue on her age and it doesn't matter. I really liked her. She fits in my soul like a sausage fits in the bread. Fun once again, sorry for preferring fun people, but she lived an interesting life too. As I think she owned a camera too.
Those things are amazing.
I'd want to see what she did to her house. That could make an amazing set of posts.
Goddamit.. I couldn't write the post as I wanted and now I just feel sad. Not sad about my poor writing, but because I miss these people. And the fact that even if they return, they'll see this isn't the same. Well, they did leave, so maybe "not the same" is only a good thing?
@atopy made this. I'll try to use it always from now one.
