Hello me steemit friends today i am going to discuss the importance of good communication skill for our career and personality growth , having good communication skill not only support you in career but also your personality will shine , any one who talk with you will impress with your personality.
One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages open every door along the way
#1. Perseverance:-
Nothing can take the place of unwavering perseverance , if you regularly practice then slowly and steadily you will win the race , please do not ignore it , set a proper time table and you will see without any extra load , you will master any skill .
#2. Procrastination:-
Tomorrow never comes , as i observe from people's mindset that we always procrastination the most essential things in our life that is good communication skill , i have seen most of my friend in office who has weak communication skill , could not grow up to the mark, and when i encourage them to make good communication skill , then they always procrastinate, they take it as secondary .So if you really serious about your personality , career growth then

#3. Passion:-
Only way to focus on any task is to be passionate about it . passion and interest are synonymous to each other , so create interest to improve communication skill whenever mind says its waste of time, then see its output by visualising into your mind that due to communication skill , my friends appreciating me , in office i feel proud and valuable.
