No doubt, an amazing platform for the talented people, but there are always two sides of a coin. Steemit can do wonders for those who know how to use it and can also turn out into a complete waste of time and unnecessary struggle for those who don't use their brain while using steemit.They are so many great ways to promote or introducing steemit to friends and family but am going to dwell on those ones I have successfully did which has worked for. Using the existing phatforms to promote steemit.
No doubt everyone on Steemit has Facebook, Twitter or even whatapp account. The most advantages apect of using the existing phatform to promote steemit you don't have to do much because everyone on your contact list most has relate or know you in one way or another. OK for instance, on my Facebook account I have over 3,500 friends and followers which my timeline only can speak for itself.

SELF COMMITMENT AND PERSONAL PROJECTS
I think this is the most important among various reasons or points mentioned
no one reign without the used of brain, it's the used of brain that establish the reign of man.
Recently I @japfive personal started a campaign on introducing steemit blockchain to the largest telecommunication network MTN NIGERIAN today ask I speak it is a huge success. I also wrote to them for a nation wild steemit meetup sponsorship
@ejemai also has similar personal zeal puching project 20million Nigerians steemains powered by STACH you can't achieved such individual goals with out touching the mind of people by them and not promoting steemit community to any levels of life.
PERSONAL RESULTS IN THE COMMUNITY
No body celebrate failure in life, because the world is not wait for your fall everybody celebrate good things. Telling someone how great or how rewarded steemit blockchain is and yet your reputation is not worth showing. So constant and consistency of quality and Good articles gives more encouragement to whosoever you're introducing into steemit. Let me used myself as a Good example I was introduce to steemit by @tojukaka who has mentain a very good reputation no doubt I followed his steps today am achieving a greater heights.
We also had a workshop seminar recently every newbie keep asking same question about building up a good reputation, so reputation speak more loud than talking much because if it takes a minnow two days to get a newbie into steemit it will only takes a wahala two hours to achieve.
