2023 has already ended, and as part of the HivePH community's practice, here's an update on how we performed in November and December.
In November, the community experienced stability, accumulating around 44 Hive Power. In December, there was a significant spike, with a 90.59 Hive Power increase. It can be observed that there were more on-chain activities in December, contributing to the growth of our Hive Power.

The main source of income for the community will continue to be the fees derived from the delegation services we offer.
The delegation services provided by HivePhilippines are linked to the #voteme function, which is accessible to some members. As the Hive Power of HivePhilippines increases through your delegations, it also influences the upvote amount we can distribute to everyone.
By default, a regular Hayahay member using the #voteme function can receive an upvote of USD 0.22 for the post they nominate. As your member status increases, you become eligible for a higher upvote amount to receive/share on your nominated post.
This information is extracted from Adamada's announcement on Discord:
Hivephilippines as a delegation for reward curation account wasn't made to generate more income for the community (it's a side perk for running the program but you know the gains there go back to the community fund) the main reason was using pooled community resources to spread the votes in the community dahil may limit rin oras ng curators to go around and following the concept of powered by bayanihan. This is WHY it was even existing in the first place.

Kaban is used for the general funding of the community. It can be interchanged with the term "community funds," but more often than not, it is used to cover excess expenses and sometimes for donations given to the members of the community.
We are also preparing for the HivePH meet-up in 2024. This fund will be used to cover the venue, food, and prizes. The exact date of the meet-up is not scheduled yet, so watch out for it in future announcements. If you wish to donate funds for the meet-up, you can do so, but please ensure to include a note specifying where it should be allocated, as @tpkidkai needs to document it. If no memo is added, we will consider it a donation to the general community funding.
The staff reward of 85.1284 is shared among HivePH staff members; roughly everyone who claimed received approximately 11 Hive for two months of work. This includes tasks such as curating content for daily posts, community moderation, game facilitation, record-keeping, investments, and general planning. Each staff member received around 200 PHP for two months, which is roughly 3 PHP per day.
Community funding, more often than not, is distributed in blogging contests and games initiated by staff on Fridays.
The last aspect is debt. In previous months, we encountered liquidity issues as most of our income was added directly to Hive Power. The band-aid solution was to acquire a loan to cover the deficit. Reward.app was then used so that the HIVE liquid rewards would be available after the post-payout.
That's all for this overdue report - if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to raise it here and tag @tpkidkai. All data is available in the HivePH and Hivephilippines wallet and activities for further checking.
