The Power of Teams
Growing up I played a little rugby and learn how important it is to work as a team and build quality sound relationships. The better you get to know your team members the more you can complement them and help them be the best they can be. The same goes for steemit. the better your team / community you become a part of the stronger you will be and the more success you will find on the platform.
Example
My Wife Sarah @sarahjanele has an up vote a little over $0.50 with current steem prices.
She is really into photography and enjoyed doing photo shoots. Her being able to connect with more photographers on steemit would not only help her but the team of steemit photographers that supported each other as they post through out the week.
A group of 10 photographers 10x.50=$5.00 per post
A group of 20 photographers 20x.50=$10.00 per post
A group of 30 photographers 30x.50=$15.00 per post
A group of 40 photographers 40x.50=$20.00 per post
A group of 50 photographers 50x.50=$25.00 per post
What Constitutes a community?
-Having like minded goals
-Similar interests
-Having similar steem power in accounts that are mutually beneficial
-Speak the same language
The founders of steemit have the main goal to build better communities. That will really add value and excelerate the growth of steemit individually and collectively.
