I worked my three hours overtime and have paid all my bills online. Next up will be feeding myself and finish loading the dishwasher so it can run while I figure out what is next on the Christmas decorating.
Last evening I worked on the decor some more. I "thought" I knew what ornaments I wanted on each tree. I started putting some of the ancestor ornaments on the small tree in my office, but after a dozen or so ornaments were on, I decided I didn't like them on there, so I took them all off. LOL
One step forward, two steps back. I had bought a different tree for them last year and loved it, but since I had these new trees up already, I thought I'd use one of them instead, but I found it hurt my heart every time I hung a hook, even gently across the needles of this particular aluminum tree. I normally like a reserved amount of ornaments on them, but thought I could do this since the ancestor ornaments are special to me..... but no. Looks like I'll be dragging out the tree from last year again (already had it out, limbs splayed and then put back up... more steps back)
When did I become so wishy washy ??? But alas.... that is how it has gone so far.
My sister Vicky gave me this tumbler mug a few weeks back. I saved it to use during the season. I forgot to use it yesterday, even though it's been on the top of the frig since I got it, staring me right in the face each time I go to the kitchen, but like lots of things that sit out all the time, I stopped seeing it, even when I was seeing it. You get that... right??
Obviously she knows me well because Christmas lights ARE my favorite color !
After I clocked off of work, I paid my monthly bills online and wrote out my rent check. Yes.... I said check, as my Aunt and Uncle are in their 80s and no electronic stuff goes on with them. LOL... It's ok, I don't mind.
Time to have some fun !
