What we do not know, however, is that many times we have the tools to be happy, but we end up complicating situations, moving away from a full life and wasting moments of rejoicing, we cease to exist in the present because we give the future an excess of importance, which separates us from those people we love.
This is the practice of mindfulness, a therapy very little known in the world and whose purpose is to help us value every minute of our lives.
The resilience or ability that a human being can have to overcome difficulties lies in the management of a different attitude that positively addresses the challenges that are presented to us every day of our lives.
Overcoming adversity is not an easy job that can be achieved in the blink of an eye, the greatest work will depend on you and your ability to cope with the situations you are facing without involving third parties in your problems and solutions. Love and affection begin at home, so before drowning in a glass of water look at yourself in a mirror and reflect on how you are managing your life and how you can solve those problems you have.
Many are those who can spend a lifetime regretting past mistakes and clinging to a sea of possibilities that could have occurred "if they had not made that decision"...
The detail is that the present is now and the past is over. We cannot make years go by eternally punishing us for a bad decision. Although we are disadvantaged and likewise splash on other individuals, the ideal is to learn to close cycles assuming our responsibility and apologizing if that is the case.
In this way you will feel as if you have released a large backpack full of stones. You will literally feel that a great weight was lifted off.
Living in the present makes us more aware and land faster in the NOW.
Do not allow yourself to be trapped in a gray past, everything depends on you...

Are you willing to let go of the past?
