Rant - I am pissed off
Therefore this post declines payout as it probably adds no value to the community but I am bit concerned why someone is writing since two days about being flagged by one other Steemian (ok, someone with a bit power!)
Actually I only wanted to refer to the posts by @schattenjaeger and @acidyo who both explain quite well what Steemit and the option of agreeing or disagreeing with certain things is all about!

I do not like the fact someone is posting since days about that topic as she is an experienced writer providing great content here and is now blaming a flagging Steemian, this flagger is not my friend at all - but he was never attacking the person just stating not be ok with the rewards on certain posts. This is why we have this system on Steemit!
While the person being flagged still having a lot rewards on the flagged posts - much more the normal user is ever achieving - THAT IS BULLSHIT. So this user is defining what quality is, what adds value!?
I even like the content of this person but I hate the way this person is dealing with it here on the community trying to shitpost and bringing people against certain whales! Full Stop - that is not good and will probably result in even more flags. I am sure the person has learned a lot during the years and is one of the best writers, I also see no problem the person is re-using every single chapter of certain books here, why not. If people like it and want to up vote - they can! But there might also be others that think this is not fine compared to others that always come up with new content! This is a free not censored community and people can use what the system gives them. I do have an issue when this or any other person claims to be attacked by bad bad personalities here and not even considers that there might be reasons to do so.
I know a lot young new joiners here that draft content from scratch, might be writing, might be a new app, a game - they can not re-use content they may have written 10 years ago - some of them have awesome innovative ideas. Some of them get frustrated because no one votes them and they hardly get any reward r more important - they are not recognised as on trending always the same people have their paved field of playing. This is the killer of any platform!
If I would be an investor that might have paid 1 million USD worth of Steem I would act exactly like @transisto - so many pearls are lost as minnows because no one sees them - but others are used to be paid their circle jerk amounts for every piece of content they write. No one should get used to this! Give the minnows a chance and relax - DO NOT TAKE IT PERSONALLY IF YOU GET A FLAG.
