Hi my dear friends!
When I went to Discord this morning and saw @guiltyparties announcement concerning Random Acts of Kindness Day, I didn't think I would be taking part in it. Indeed, my day was planned to be completely routine and I did not think that something would change my plans. However, the universe gave me at once three opportunities to help others to be helped. The first one was not very sucsessful, but two others really were.
Strange as it may seem, but the first event was related to the recent hacking of my @animal-shelter blog.
My blog had a link to my animal shelter Facebook page (you see it on this blog too). It was there in the mail that I found a letter in which I was accused of hacking! The guy claimed that I stole his blog on steemit.
At first I was speechless! Then I looked that he only registered in January of this year. Naturally, I concluded that he is still too inexperienced and may not understand that a person who steals other people's blogs will never leave his real contacts.
Although the accusations upset me, I tried to control myself. I tried to help him, I made a video on how he can apply to the account recovery system. I have given him all the information I have received these days while I am fighting to regain access to my blog.
It seemed to me that he realized that I was not a hacker. And he really had every chance to restore his account. But, unfortunately, when I also advised him to join the discord because there are many people who can give good advice, he again said that I am a hacker since I know all this...
In any case, I hope he takes my advice... I feel sorry for him. When I got into this difficult situation, a lot of people supported me and gave me advice. But he's very new on the blockchain... I'll be very sorry if he doesn't even try to do what I said. But for my part, I shared with him all the information that I had.
But this was not all. I was not going to leave the house when my neighbor's daughter wrote to me. I must say that this is a very young lady, but she already has a baby. He was born very recently. However, she continues to go to college and I respect that. She asked me to print out some labs for her.
Here I must say that in our village there is no place where you can print something. Good for those who have a printer at home. This means that she would have to go to a neighboring city, which is very difficult with a baby.
When she sent me the files, I found that the volume was quite large...and my cartridge was almost empty. Then I thought that I have a car and it is easier for me to solve this problem. I went to a nearby town, filled the cartridge, and eventually printed out the necessary materials for her. She was very happy.
But the universe loves balance. My friend came to me for a cup of coffee. She knew what happened to my blog and she knew it helped me feed my animals. She said "Calm down. Now you need a financial break. I will order and pay for animal food so that you can be calm and continue working." And she immediately did it on the website of the pet store.
With these three events, I really had a Random Acts of Kindness Day 🤗
