Conscious Music you have probably never heard of | #83 | VA - The Clear Path (Compiled by DesertDwellers)

When I first heard this compilation I was floored! It sounded as magical and guiding as Kalya Scintilla, yet as sharp and stunningly cutting-edge as Quanta! A wild ride through engaging psybient tunes that will leave you speechless and take you on a journey to new spheres of being, especially when psychedelics are involved, and be it just a bit of Cannabis.

As such this isn't only awesome stoner music or meant for trippy hippies, it's a breathtaking collection of tracks that will tickle untouched tastes of the music connoisseur, provided he has no dogma against electronically produced music. Some of these sounds are just not capable of being produced with anything analogue - which is what makes them so fresh and interesting, especially when the track itself is sound, solid and engaging.

But don't get me wrong, the album is filled with authentic instruments, percussion and authentic sounds of ancient cultures and mystical lands! The mixture is what makes the compilation so enticing and it's done masterfully.

The Desert Dwellers definitely deserve their own spot in this music series eventually, as they are another classic of the psychedelic music scenes, but since I stumbled upon this awesome compilation recently and was so thrilled by the awesome track selection they had put together, featuring artists many have not heard anywhere - I just had to dedicate this post to their awesome compilation.
